Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team with clear photos of the product, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. All return requests must be approved by our support team before being sent back.
Return Shipping
Approved returns within the eligible return window may qualify for free return shipping depending on the case and location.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

- Delivery delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier or customs
