Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has entered processing or shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all defective or damaged items. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our support team and include photos of the item received.

We offer free returns within the 10-day return window.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
